Kwok Bao Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is located in Menglembu, Ipoh, Perak, is a provider of metal roofing and light weight steel truss. Since our incorporation, our Company has built an excellent reputation and has gained recognition by our customers throughout Perak, Malaysia. Through continuous in-house management training and innovative implementation of “Best Practice”, we continuously develop and empower our employees to meet and exceed the expectation of our customer. Over this short period, our Company has built an enviable reputation as the “Preferred Supplier” in the market.

In order to continue to provide our customers with quality that will truly satisfy, we are acquired ISO 9001:2008 certification for our roofing and steel truss products in July 2011 and presently holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. With ISO 9001, enables continuous improvement of our organization’s quality management systems (QMS) and processes. We are committed to faithfully adhering to the ISO 9001 standards and other requirements and working continuously to improve product quality. In turn, this can improves the ability of operations to meet customer requirements and expectations.

Furthermore, to service our Customer better for now and the future, continuous investment in Human Capital, Management Education and sourcing of new technology has become an on-going process in our management policy.
